yes.. this is what she does when she suddenly runs off with the camera..

we had to hang around till our room was ready so we decided to head to berjaya times square first... and we finally realised that what we thought were tremors was actually ...
this....

an indoor theme park!!!!!!!
omg seriously. it was like right smack in the middle of the shopping mall and occupies about 6 stories. anyways, yes. being the deprived singaporeans tt we are, we bought the entrance tix that includes every single ride! its only 24RM if i remember it correctly.. SO CHEAP LAH! better than that stupid euro funfair can. so yah.. at one point in that wind swept ride, i was choking on my own hair. luckily their cameras didn't capture a sadako looking object beside nene. darn.. if not for that headache i think i will take it for a few more times.

there was this really cool place in sungei wang shopping mall. they devoted one whole level to the youngsters (ahem) like us. there were numerous pseudo harajuku shops like those in far east.. and tons of really cute cafes lying around. most of them have themes! and so we tried to get the garden swing seat but it was snatched by a bunch of guys instead. eew.

erm...
and since our hotel was just opposite the hawker street. we conveniently made our way to jalan alor for authentic hawker food!!!! omg. it was DA BOMB!!!!

the whole street was made pwetty at nite by the lights and aroma of heavenly cooked food!

this is like the BEST orh luak i have EVER eaten. seriously. SERIOUSLY!!!! local hawkers shld be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!

yes of cos ne had to indulge in her fav seafood, while i stick to my desert.

oh and i must mention that our hotel was fantastic.. its really modern and newly furnished (the amenities tt is..) and its just a 10-15 min walk to chinatown and the shopping belt AND opposite hawker street! how good can this get! oh before i forget.. we stayed at swiss garden hotel! haha..

erm.. we took the highly amusing royal vip coach in the return trip... erm.. for the additional 12 bucks.. it was really a dilemma to us whether it was really worth it .. although the seats were fantastic.. ne can't even reach the footrest! HA! oh and it was horrendously cold.. the aircon vent thingy was blowing directly at poor nene and it was just a really cold journey back home.

the end!
